You retain ownership of your uploaded files. AutoExel retains rights to the platform, code, and AI models.

AutoExel is provided "as is". We are not liable for data loss, errors in analysis, or service interruptions. Always verify critical results.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
